Number of patients brought to ADK ER with road accidents increase in October

Number of patients brought to ADK hospital Emergency Room (ER) with road accidents rose in October 2019.

Statistics show that a total 50 patients were admitted into ADK hospital ER due to Road Accidents. In September, the number of patients consulted in ER was 33.

Moreover, ADK hospital statistics declared that 76 percentage of patients had minor injuries, while 16 percentage of patients had injuries to the head and 8 percentage of patients suffered from fractures and musculoskeletal injuries.

ADK hospital statistics claim that compared to 2018, to date, the total amount of people brought to ER with road accidents has increased. In 2018, a total 294 people were treated in ADK ER. This year to date the number has increased to 505.

Furthermore, the greatest number of people brought to ADK hospital ER was April of this year, with a total number of 73 patients.

ADK hospital expressed their concern following the hike this past month, and the hospital urged the community to stay safe on the roads.
